TRG is currently seeking a Business Development Analyst/ Inside Sales Representative located in Raleigh, NC, just outside of the 440 beltline in beautiful North Raleigh.

Specific Responsibilities:

?  Maintains prospective client lists provided by the Company.

?  Maintains a contact list, including general notes of conversations, within the Company?s current automation software.

?  Develops and maintains contact list of lead sources:  vendor sales reps, consultants, and integrators via all media sources.

?  Identifies needs of prospective clients associated with the Company?s core business.

?  Develops brief reports on prospective clients and their marketplace.

?  Maintains a proper mix of the following on a weekly basis (as determined by the head of the department): (1) prospecting in assigned trade journals and web sites, (2) research in prospective accounts, (3) dials, (4) phone time, (5) initial business conversations, (6) new contacts entered, (7) new companies entered, (8) qualified leads.

?  Handles all mailings to prospective clients.

?  Partners with Sales Team in all aspects necessary to develop strong relationships with potential customers.

?  Actively participates in team meetings and on-going training events.

?  Communicates effectively with management and staff as well as prospective customers.

?  Operates effectively as a team player.

?  Adheres to established procedures and policies in a professional manner.

?  Handles additional assignments, as appropriate, in a complete, timely, and professional manner.

 

Minimum Education and Experience:

Associate Degree or equivalent experience required and recommended six months? previous inside sales experience.  Must have exceptional communication skills, both orally and in writing, be extremely detail-oriented, and have strong follow-through capability.  Bilingual or multilingual education preferred.

 

Software skills: Must be proficient in MS Office and familiar with industry software tools.
