Call Center/Inside sales-NIGHT SHIFT

The following description outlines many of the Associate Title IV Loan Advisor?s duties and responsibilities.  Duties and responsibilities may change as the company continues to grow.

 

EXPECTATIONS

The Associate Title IV Loan Advisor is expected to become knowledgeable as it relates to the Student Loan Consolidation Program through training and experience. Loan Advisors will successfully explain the benefits to potential borrowers while meeting established production goals.

 

RESPONSIBILITIESMake outbound calls on a predictive dialerMaintain established availability, making/receiving calls 85% of the timeQualify prospective borrowers and effectively explain the benefits of the ProgramMaintain production goals established by management for number of applications written per hourWork with Senior Title IV Loan Advisors to ensure a comprehensive explanation of the applicationAttend and pass all aspects of the training programReceive inbound call from potential borrowersEnsure compliance with FCC guidelines in all interactionsSuccessfully explain features and benefits of the consolidation program to borrowerFollow all policies and procedures outlined in the AFS Associate Handbook and the Acceptable Use Policy

 

QUALIFICATIONS6+ months of continuous work experience in Telemarketing, Inside Sales, and/or general commissioned salesSuccessful track record in salesBasic Computer Skills, the ability to navigate within a window based environment.Strong Communication/Verbal skillsProfessional DemeanorHS Diploma, GED or equivalent work experienceProficient in reading and writing in EnglishSuccessful completion of background checkMust be able to pass random drug tests on-site
