 Hiring and training all new TelemarketersManaging and motivating the Telemarketing StaffOverseeing the auto dialer systemWorking with management to pull data each weekTracking all leads generated with the Loan Consultants for current statusReporting to Management on quality and production of data, leads and Telemarketers.

Candidate must be reliable, lively, and sharp.  Excellent communication skills, high energy, and customer service orientation will be the keys to your success.  We are looking for a driven individual who is self-motivated and goal oriented who can produce results.  We are currently taking interviews for people who are looking for a Company to grow with.
