Responsibilities and Duties:
* Accomplishes call center objectives by orienting, training, assigning, and coaching.
* Communicating job expectations;enforcing policies and procedures.
* Enhances staff performance by designing, developing, presenting, and evaluating training programs.
* Improves staff performance by call monitoring, coaching and motivating.
* Improve program results by offering new script ideas and troubleshooting problems.
* Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Must have excellent communication skills, computer skills, and friendly positive attitude.
