Job Description: Urgent need for a medical collections representative within a well known company that's been in Twin Cities community for over 25 years. You will be responsible for researching account information and heavy collections on past due accounts. Prefer individual who is detail oriented. Strong Excel proficiency and experience using computerized accounting software. Person must be persistent, tactful and have great communication skills. Detail oriented and able to handle a fast paced environment. Will document calls in system regarding follow up, contact customers via e-mail or over the phone, and research issues.
