Entry Level Inside Sales & Lead Generation Specialist (Career Path)

Job Purpose:



Generate revenue by introducing products and services to new prospects.  Some actual sales involved.  Commission and bonuses paid on productivity.  All contact work is performed by telephone and email.

 

Career Path:

Primary Intelligence will train and coach Inside Sales reps with the goal of converting to Outside Sales, Sales Management or Account Managers.  Training will include:

Duties:

* Use lead lists provide by Primary Intelligence or created by sales rep.

 

* Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment

 

* Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding business requirements.

 

* Offers free trial offering to qualified prospects

 

* Closes smaller sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.

* Provides leads to Outside Sales representatives.

 

* Influences customers to buy services and merchandise by following a prepared sales guideline to give service and product information and price quotations.

 

* Completes orders by recording names, addresses, and purchases; referring orders for filling.

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
