Inside Sales-Client Executive

The position of Client Executive has recently become available in the Customer Operations Resource Center (Inside Sales). The Client Executive is responsible for all activity in this named national account for identified hospitals 100 beds or less. A successful candidate will be able to meet aggressive sales objectives, do tactical selling, accurately forecast, have stellar customer relations and understand how the solutions you sell fits into the product strategy for McKesson. Your role will also include managing relationships with the Channel Manager, Product Specialists, Client Executives and Sales Management.

Duties include:

1. Develop strategic call campaigns into accounts
2. Identify sales opportunities in the accounts
2. Manage time and resources effectively to meet sales objectives
3. Overcome objections
4. Qualify buyers
5. Assist in closing sales
6. Function as a team with the Channel Manager, Client Executives, Sales Managers, Client Executives
7. Ensure customer satisfaction
8. Report sales activity to managementPosition Description

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 3 years sales experience
? Successful sales track record
? Healthcare background
? Technology knowledge
? Strong Communication Skills
? Highly Motivated Self-Starter
? Ability to Use Microsoft Solutions
? Ability to Articulate Benefits of Software & Services
? Proactive Approach to Plan Achievement
? Knowledge of sales territory management (Siebel experience a plus)
? Ability to manage multiple, diverse projects and sales events simultaneously
? Knowledge of current information systems technology and of healthcare industry and trends
? Good negotiation, conflict management & customer service skills
? Strategic sales account planning skills
? Ability to demonstrate consistent closing techniques throughout the sales cycleAdditional Knowledge & Skills

Healthcare information systems knowledge preferred.Education
