Inside Sales Representative/Telemarketer

Tech-Shield Consulting is a small company headquartered in Northeast Minneapolis. We specialize in providing outsourced technology solutions to Twin Cities businesses. Due to aggressive growth and goals, we currently have an opening for a Technology Consultant.

In this position, you will conduct outbound sales prospecting by phone to deliver qualified leads to Technology Consultants. Your mission is to develop leads and lead sources and create interest and awareness in Tech-Shield Consulting?s full line of products and services. This position will require that you spend about 70%-80% of your day on the telephone. The ideal candidate should have experience in telemarketing or inside sales. You must be a quick learner with great people skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills. Most importantly, you must be resilient, someone who won't take 'no' for an answer.

Essential Functions:

?  Demonstrate effective telephone skills to ?sell? appointments for Tech-Shield Consulting

?  Skilled at reaching decision makers and sourcing new business leads

?  Deliver benefit statements, handle objections, and document each call

?  Demonstrate persistence and achieve appointment-setting goals

Characteristics of successful candidates:

?  Two years of inside sales/lead generation experience

?  Effective verbal and written skills
