Inside Sales ? Telemarketing Account Executive

 

In this challenging role, you will have responsibilities for the following:

 Develop a sales program to optimize results within your assigned territory;Develop new prospects and cross-sell established customers;Identify and close sales opportunities in a manner that exceeds sales forecasts;Manage time and resources effectively;Perform presentations and product demonstrations via the internet;Schedule site visits for outside sales directors on larger, more complex sales;Improve industry and product knowledge;Inform company of changing market conditions and competitive issues; andMaintain logs and report sales activity to management.

 

To qualify, you must have, at a minimum:2+ years of inside telemarketing experience in the health care industry;Knowledge of health care?s public data sources and their application with providers, payors, consultants and/or medical device manufacturers;Comfortable selling at high levels in the health care market (CEO, COO, CIO, CFO level);Demonstrated success in managing a sales territory;Good negotiation, conflict management and customer service skills;Ability to manage multiple, diverse projects and sales events simultaneously;Strategic sales account planning skills;A value-based (rather than product-based) selling approach; andDemonstrated ability to drive the buying decision throughout the sales cycle.
