Inside Sales Telemarketing starting at $12 per hour

Status: Full Time

Salary: $12 hr + commission with earning potential up to $42,000.00 per year.

Hours: 10am ? 7pm or 11am - 8pm Monday ? Thursday and Friday 9am ? 6pm with the possibility of working two Saturday mornings out of the month.

Growth-oriented Sleek MedSpa Inc. in Boca Raton is seeking top-notch experienced Inside Sales person.   Must be extremely sharp, self-motivated, self-confident, organized with EXCELLENT communication skills A MUST.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

 Qualified candidates will be converting leads into sales by making outbound calls and answering incoming calls. Influencing customers to schedule appointments for consultations or retaining current customer?s by following a prepared script. Entering information into system. Highest level of customer service required. Reliable and responsible with stable work history required.  This position will pay monthly bonuses on top of an hourly pay rate.

 

Qualified candidates should have: 2-3 years successful sales experience. Data Entry skills Telephone appointment setting, as well as follow up skills. Previous Sales Experience is a must. A passionate interest in the health and beauty industry preferred but not required. Candidate should be Highly motivated, Outgoing, Goal driven, and ambitious. Basic computer skills and ability to type while talking to potential clients on the phone. Must be able to work continuously on the phone making outbound and receiving inbound calls. Establish great rapport and relationship that might lead to them using us in the future. Strong interpersonal, active listening, verbal communications skills are a must.
