Marketing Promotions Associate

We are looking for a highly motivated, ethical, organized, self starter to join our team.

The Marketing Promotions Associate will support our marketing campaigns and new programs by calling existing and potential clients to solicit their interest and/or participation.

You will work closely with our Software Support and Marketing Departments.

Casual dress work environment.

Monday through Friday.

No evenings or weekends.

 

Essential Duties:

Contact, by phone, prospective and existing dental office clients to qualify leads, explain our promotional campaigns and solicit interest.

Process appropriate paperwork and transactions using contact management/tracking database, telephone, personal interaction, fax, mail and email.

Consistently meet individual weekly and monthly campaign goals.

Follow up with clients as directed.

Attend and participate in department and inter-departmental meetings.

 

Competencies:

Excellent telephone communication skills including active listening and the ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.

Attention to detail.

Able to work in a team environment.

Mid-level experience with Word and Excel required.

Able to adapt to changes in the work environment and deal with frequent changes in project direction.
