Now, in our Florham Park, NJ location we have an exciting, hands-on opportunity for a talented telemarketing Representative with in-depth telemarketing expertise to increase new business and strengthen customer bonds. 

 

The Lapp NA Proactive TeleService/TeleMarketing representative is responsible for new business development and customer lifetime value (CLTV). Paying attention to our customer?s needs via providing proactive (outbound) calling is what this assignment is all about.  Professional Lapp USA point of contact routines will enhance our relationship with the customer(s).  The below list of functions and or skills are desired:

 

? Strong phone personality (expressive persuasive behavior style)

? Ability to build a warm lasting relationship with your assigned account structure

? Reasonable selling skills are needed for this proactive position

? Product knowledge (An aptitude to learn our line)

This position is a proactive, new business assignment. Your objectives

will be to call suspects, prospects, inactive accounts and occasionally customers,

for the below reasons:

 To determine service and product needs for both new (prospects) and vertically identified accounts.

 To establish or re-establish the vendor/customer relationship by calling active and inactive accounts with very clear call objectives.

 To introduce and upgrade new services and products to these businesses via needs satisfaction and or sales probing routines.

 To entrench our position with these accounts by ensuring the relationship will continue to serve both our customers needs and our company needs by effectively presenting the benefits and features of our services and products. This is a customer perceived value proposition.

 The overall objective is to develop new business and or sell/market the assigned product lines and services (Systems) on a national basis, through Lapp NA?s Sales and Authorized Distribution channels.
