Network Recruitment Specialist (Great entry-level position!)

We are in search of an outgoing individual who can work independently and has great customer service skills. This is an excellent entry-level role that offers strong career growth opportunities and a nice work environment. You would be overall responsible for recruiting physicians to join our vision network.


 


Primary responsibilities include:


 


Making cold calls to doctors’ offices in order to recruit them to join our vision network

Sending letters and packets to potential clients

Conducting follow-up calls

Negotiating fees and reimbursement rates

Tracking work activity in appropriate spreadsheets



This position requires previous customer service experience, which can be face-to-face or telephonic. Sales experience is preferred, but not required. A healthcare background is desired. MS Office proficiency is a must. Ideal candidates will possess a positive attitude.
