Operations Management:

Development of all logistical processes associated with executing the annual training calendar;

Training and coaching of direct reports to perform against those logistical processes;

Development and monitoring of a monthly training operations project plan;

Adherence to and communication of all policies related to the Customer Management University.


Training Event Coordination:

Execution of annual training calendar;

Liaison with training sites domestically;

Order and confirm catering;

Manage training facilities;

Oversee training materials distribution;

Support to all instructors and faculty of the Customer Management University;

Travel-related coordination for instructors and participants;

Evaluation data collection;

Establishment and monitoring of customer service standards for participants and instructors.


Technology Strategy:

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration.

Responsible for populating all
courses and class schedules of a three-track curriculum.

Responsible for querying the LMS (Learning Evolution) for reports and scorecard information.

Trouble-shoot end-use registration issues.

Trouble-shoot technical issues with LMS partner.

Quality assurance and integrity monitoring of all LMS data.

Distribution of electronically-delivered pre-work;

General e-learning support.


General Management:

Accountability for operations/training logistics budget;

Supervision and oversight for two Logistics Coordinators;

Allocation of incoming work to Logistics Coordinators;

Monitoring of Logistics Coordinators work.

General Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 years experience; 2-3 years of training experience preferred. ?Consumer packaged goods experience preferred. ?

Drive and passion for training and training logistics;

Learning management system or training management system experience;
