American Medical Depot, a full-line, stocking distributor of medical/ surgical supplies is currently seeking Channel Marketing Specialists to join our growing team in South Florida.

 

Job Description:

The ideal candidate delights the customer by consistently providing world-class levels of service.  Initiates all channel activities such as outbound call programs, direct mail/e-mail campaigns and special promotions. Suggests resolutions to problems or concerns that are in the best interests of both the customer and the organization.

 

The ideal candidate will have:Outbound sales call experienceSuperior communication skillsComputer literate with Advanced MS Outlook skillsAbility to compose business correspondence and emails Able to respond rapidly to outgoing and incoming telephone calls one immediately after another Ability to multi-task while on a call with a customer, navigating through systems to determine any up-selling or cross-selling opportunitiesAble to summarize provided information in a concise and detailed mannerExcellent customer follow-up skills that will create value and drive growthWorks effectively with other departments within the organization to facilitate the needs of the customerHas a "thick skin" and is able to handle unpleasant customers and rejection

 

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent with 1 to 2 years in a call-center or telephone based customer service intensive environment focused on outbound call programs.
