Outbound Call Center Manager

Professional call center manager will be responsible for a team of telemarketers generating qualified sales opportunities through Business-to-Business cold calling.  Manager will be responsible for maintaining a fully staffed, well trained and supervised call center with up to 12 workstations generating sufficient numbers of sales leads to sustain company sales goals.

Job requirements include but are not limited to:

q 5-7 years experience managing a call center or telephone sales team

q Experience in out bound ?cold? calling in a 'B' to 'B' environment.

q Strong knowledge of IT background or IT interests essential.

q Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

q Strong PC skills ? Word, Excel, Databases

q Strong knowledge of reporting tools and programs

q Strong leadership skills

q Degree in Marketing or other related field.

q Experience with Marketing and Sales Automation tools.

q Strong verbal and written communication skills.

q Creative script writing skills

q Able to deal with tact and firmness with commissioned sales reps

q Strong recruiting and training skills
