Recruitment Agent

In this entry-level position successful Recruitment Agents will develop and maintain a professional relationship with potential contract nurses through the application process. These relationships are built and maintained over the telephone utilizing excellent customer service, computer and communication skills. The Recruitment Agent has weekly goals for the number of contacts made and completed applications submitted to Recruiters for follow-up.  All calls are cold-calls from purchased RN lists.

 

This is a part-time position and the Recruitment Agent will work from home.  Many calls will be made in the evening especially if the Agent is on the East Coast.  Recruitment Agents will be provided a dedicated phone line through Plus 1 Staffing to make outbound calls. 

 

Responsibilities: The primary goal of the Recruitment Agent is to obtain qualified applications by developing and maintaining professional relationships with potential traveling nurses. The Recruitment Specialist will establish and maintain contact with these nurses via telephone encouraging (selling) them to complete an application.

 

Requirements: We require individuals that are personable, energetic with a "Can-Do attitude." 

?Some sales experience is strongly preferred from any avenue; Cosmetic sales to Restaurant experience.   

?Customer Service experience required, healthcare experience is a plus

?Experience with Word, Excel and Outlook required

?Excellent communication skills ? both written and verbal.

 

Compensation:  Recruitment Agents have the opportunity to be highly compensated.  There is a base hourly wage as well as high commission compensation for the right person.
