The world?s largest supplier of martial arts and fitness products is currently recruiting qualified individuals for a sales management opportunity.  The right candidate will possess impeccable credentials including demonstrated ability to effectively lead a national sales team.  This individual will have the ability to effectively plan and execute strategies to maximize results and possesses a proven track record evidenced by improvements to the bottom line. 

 

Essential DutiesDevelops innovative marketing strategies to accommodate corporate goals.Manages and develops internal sales team to achieve maximum productivity and to provide excellent customer service.Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals.Implements and administers motivational programs. Coordinates with other divisions to achieve objectives.

 

RequirementsExcellent marketing and relationship management skills.Experience in preparation of divisional budgets, forecasting, financial and marketing reports.Minimum 5 years sales experience + 3 years sales management experience.Degree in marketing or business administration preferred.
