The preferred location in the Mountain West States territory (Colorado, Texas, Kansas, Missouri, Arizona) with 75% travel.
As a Strategic Publishing/Direct Mail Sales Executive, you are responsible for selling HP Indigo Digital Press systems and services in the vertical markets of Publishing and Direct Mail with a specified account list in an assigned geography. Appropriately represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities. The focus of this position is to maintain and grow the base business, focus on complex solutions and new business opportunities in named industry and accounts. This responsibility will be accomplished by establishing a professional working relationship (up to the executive level) with the client, and by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry. This position will tailor strategy and solutions to meet the needs of the customer and interface with both internal and external/industry experts to anticipate customer needs and facilitate solution development.
your profile
Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree in business or Master's (graduate) degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivilent combination of education and experience with .5-10 yrs. experience with Capital equipment sales.
A self-motivated, go-and-get approach and the will to win
Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills
An organized, team approach
Fluent English
Additional skills
Knowledge of network, computer sills, web research for company detail
Knowledge of Production Printing workflow and print applications for color
A minimum of 2 times President Club Wins within the last five years / Record of success for complex sales
