Job Summary:

 

As a Sales Associate you will be responsible for contacting and presenting our Medical Plans to potential clients, who have filled out an application form and requested a to be contacted.

 

 

Job Duties:

 Working from home office in a professional manner.Contacting potential clients and presenting our medical benefit plans to ensure they receive the best benefits available.Complete member applications to ensure accuracy before submitting.Follow up with potential clients.Various projects requested by management

 

 

Supervision Received/Exercised:

 This position requires direct supervision on a daily basis over completion of tasks.

 

 

Scope of Decisions:

 Position requires daily use of considerable discretion and judgment

 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required: 

 



Education/Experience:High School Diploma. Customer service skills. 3-5 years experience in Telemarketing sales.Medical discount sales preferred but not necessary.

 

Communication and Numeric Skills:Excellent verbal communication skills required.Basic Mathematical ability

 

Computer Skills:Proficient operations of various office equipment including personal computers, printers, telephones, and fax machines, etc.

 

Other:Must have excellent organizational skills Must have a flexible schedule Ability to prioritize tasksMust be detail oriented
