We are currently seeking a dynamic professional Inbound/Outbound Telesales Supervisor for our sales and marketing department.  This is an excellent opportunity for a high-energy team leader to develop and supervise a staff of 7 individuals in a fast-paced, high volume business environment.   This position reports to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and requires previous experience supervising an inbound/outbound call center and customer service department.  Experience with outbound sales and/or focused telemarketing to an existing customer base is a strong plus. 

 

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesRecruiting, evaluating, and motivating Telephone Sales RepsDeveloping and implementing Telephone Sales Rep product training and sales training programsPreparing progress and productivity reportsDeveloping and implementing motivational sales incentive programsProvide real-time buddy coaching, side-by-side monitoring, and up-selling training for inside sales and customer service personnelDevise and implement new sales strategies and develop reps to increase sales across all product linesTake a hands-on approach to maintaining a successful sales team, with an emphasis on individual interaction and one-on-one developmentWork with VP to organize and manage sales and marketing promotion initiatives and all customer service related issuesAssist VP in development and implementation of policies, procedures, and performance tracking systems designed to increase sales and elevate department revenue performanceLead the customer service and inside sales staff by cultivating a ?Customer First? culture and a cooperative TEAM environment

 

 

Qualifications & Job RequirementsBS or BA Degree preferred, or equivalent telesales/inside sales work experience3 years of telesales experience and at least 2 years of proven sales management experienceExperience in supervising telesales and customer service personnelStrong oral, written, and presentation communication skillsExcellent organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to multi-taskAbility to effectively motivate and communicate with others from a positive platformDemonstrated hands-on expertise in developing training programs for inside sales and customer service personnelExtensive background dealing with customers directlyStrong Microsoft Office Suite skills including PowerPoint
