Job Description:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
. Contact potential home buyers and sellers by heavy prospecting and cold calling. Place 125 outbound prospecting calls daily. Majority of business day will be used to contact prospects on the telephone.
. Consistently meet or exceed aggressive sales goals, demonstrating focused sales efforts and an understanding of Companies services and business model.

. Set appointments for Listing Partners and Buyer Partners and maintain positive working relations with team.  Maintain and present lead and appointment reports.

 


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
. Minimum of 2-year prior phone or inside sales experience, preferably in a service/solution environment.
. Proven ability to attain and exceed sales quotas.
. Ability to maintain a high level of new business sales activity in a fast-paced environment.
. Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
. Strong presentation, networking, time management and interpersonal skills.
. Proficient in the use of MS Windows, Office, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
