Our company located in Northwest Houston, is afilliated with one of the nation?s largest privately owned foundation repair companies, and we are looking for the right person to open our new sales department. This is a start-up department with an excellent opportunity for the right candidate with insurance or warranty phone sales experience, and the ability to handle light office duties. The ideal candidate will have experience in closing the sale after a trial period. As the department expands there could be the opportunity for the right candidate to take on a supervisory role.

 

Requirements:

 Excellent phone communication, organization, and customer service skills  Must be self-motivated and focused with a strong positive and confident attitude  Must be computer literate ? experience using MS Office applications Must be able to type at least 35 wpm Must be available to work between 11:00 am and 8:00 pm contacting home ownersConduct Outbound sales calls following up on internal leads Proficient with basic administrative duties, filing, data entry, answer phones2 to 4 years experience High School Diploma or equivalentPerform other duties as assigned
