TELEMARKETING SUPERVISOR

 

Feldco, Chicagoland's replacement specialist, based in Norridge, Illinois, seeks a high energy experienced individual to lead our Telemarketing Department.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

The Telemarketing Supervisor supervises up to 8 employees on a shift and carries out supervisory responsibilities

- Responsible for tracking productivity and quality through monitoring and personal interaction with associates.

- Evaluation of associate performance on an on-going basis to meet department standards.

- Develop and provide additional training to associates whose productivity and/or appointment rates are below minimum requirements.

- Ensure compliance and enforce company policies and regulations.

- Monitor outbound calls to insure high quality customer service; and continually monitor associates to ensure quality calls, "coach" as needed.

- Ensure all daily hours and leads generated have been entered or forwarded to the appropriate areas

- Manage attendance of all team associates.

- Producing necessary reports for management.

- Be a positive role model for associates by displaying a positive attitude through words and actions.

- Inspiring team and relating well with team members.

 

SKILLS REQUIRED: - Supervisory experience required (1 to 2+ years).

- Interpersonal skills and computer skills are required.

- Ability to work under pressure.

- Ability to effectively manage time, establish priorities, and juggle multiple tasks.

- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

KNOWLEDGE AND PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: - Minimum one year telemarketing management experience or one year telemarketing experience as a Team Lead with verifiable above average performance in an outbound telemarketing environment.
