This is a lead generation associate position that has the flexibility of working from a home office. This associate will Contact prospective clients via telephone to gather information and set appointments using a combination of outbound calls and outbound email  . The work schedule is flexible. The candidate will work from home and must have a telephone and internet service. Compensation is base on production and is $25 - $250 per appointment kept. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Business-to-Business lead generator with a proven track record of setting appointments

 

Excellent position for a goal oriented multi-tasker who can maintain a sales prospect list, contact senior-level decision makers via the telephone, engage them in needs-based dialog to qualify opportunities and secure appointments for the national sales team.

Responsibilities include:

?  Prospect, penetrate and qualify potential customers

?  Contacting business owners and senior level executives over the phone

?  Identifying opportunities and scheduling appointments

?  Consultative selling in a needs-based dialogue

?  Maintaining a prospect database

?  Maintain appointment calendar

?  Provide accurate and timely tracking of prospective clients

?  Facilitate client acquisition support and follow-up (Webinars, tradeshows, seminars, etc.)

?   

Skills needed to be successful:

 

The candidate should have a sales/pre-sales background or experience in other industries that requires strong persuasive and convincing skills, such as customer service and should be comfortable with being on the phone as their primary activity.  Since this associate has the flexibility to work from home with minimal oversight, the candidate must be a self motivated individual with strong work ethics. Key responsibilities are:

 

? Comfortable with daily calling as their primary activity

 Make outbound calls to decision makers with the main goal of a setting an appointment Qualify opportunity with targeted prospects based on specific criteria.

4. Detail oriented Telesales experience or demonstrated sales/customer service experience in a

driven sales environment

7.  Positive attitude and solid work ethic

 

Preferred qualifications:

 

 ? College Degree in business, marketing, communications, or related fields preferred

but not required

? People-oriented with strong inter-personal skills that build lasting relationships

? 3+ years of telemarketing, customer service, marketing, or sales experience

? Strong telemarketing skills with the ability to communicate in a professional manner

? Well-developed time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects

 ? Professional service industry experience a plus

 ? Communicates well at all levels. 

 ? Outstanding phone skills.  Excellent oral and written communication skills

 ?  Self-directed; results-oriented; desire to learn and take initiative

?  Professional, persuasive manner and presence

? Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently in an unsupervised situation

? Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Compensation and Benefits:

?  Compensation is base on production and is $50 - $250 per appointment kept.
