The Need:



We are looking for a CHAMPION!!! Our need is for a well-rounded, hungry, methodical sales professional. This candidate will have a proven sales track record with an emphasis on heavy phone work. They will be required to think quickly on their feet and not be shy in asking for the sale. Passion and presence even over the phone is must for success in this industry!

Qualifications:



Professionals successful in this role have some of the following characteristics:

 Prior sales experience Phone sales experience (required) It would be very helpful to have a complete knowledge of the church market and the infrastructure of the church.This person may have also worked in a protestant church environment, for example as a pastor, Christian Education Director or as a lay leader. Though this is not an absolute requirement.Because of a close experience with the inner workings of a church, this candidate will have an understanding of how buying decisions are made within the church context.Because we work with over 100 different protestant denominations, broad exposure to different types of church denominations is a valuable asset.Because the sales team is so close and unique, this candidate will have a demonstrated ability to function as a team player.Because of the maturity of the sales staff, this candidate will have demonstrated the ability to motivate himself/herself and direct his/her own sales activities.An understanding of ACT Contact Management System



Working conditions:



The job site is located in the Richardson, Texas. The hours are from 7:45 to 4:45 Monday through Friday.
