Quiznos currently has close to 5000 franchises in operation with the strong goal to expand to 10,000 franchises by 2010. Our Commission Sales Specialists will work with our underperforming stores to close transfer deals to new Franchise Owners. We offer an exciting, fast paced work environment and will offer you: ability to control your income and will provide you with the franchise sales leads.

UNLIMITED EARNING INCOME POTENTIAL:

Compensation is based on commissions only, so you will not be held back by subjective evaluations and set annual raises. You will have full control over your earning potential.
We will start you off on a 90 day draw to help you get ramped up on sales deals.

100% COMMISSION AFTER 90 DAYS ? THERE WILL BE HIGH ABILITY TO MAKE SIGNIFICANT $ ON THIS STRUCTURE.
o $3,000 / mo for first 90 days
o Commission at 100%; after 90 days
o $1,250 commission per deal; goal is 10 deals per month.

WE ARE SEEKING INDIVIDUALS WHO POSSESS:

? Ability to demonstrate strong sales closing background with high volume.
? Prior success chasing ?warm? leads and driving them to close.
? Ideal background in real estate, insurance, auto or recruiting sales with high success in 100% commission environment.
? Excellent communication and negotiation skills ? ability to create quick rapport with the client.
? Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
? Knowledge of financial arrangements and P&L statements beneficial.
? Determination to succeed with unrelenting perseverance
