Lead Generator for Sales - $15/hr - WORK FROM HOME!

We are seeking Lead Generators for our Sales Teams. Lead generators make outbound telephone calls to qualify sales leads. Warm leads then are passed on to the Team Sales Manager to close. Must be comfortable using a PC. Using proprietary PC-based sales software called TelAttack and a telephone headset you can easily make 200+ calls per day and achieve 75% phone connection time.

Training pay (30 days): $15.00/hr. After 30 days, the employees may elect to:

1. continue as a lead generator with base pay of $10.00/hr. + 1% commission on sales to leads generated. Commission also applies to renewal revenue (we enjoy a "churn" rate of less than 1%), so earnings build substantially from year to year. Realistic expected earnings: $25,000-30,000 in year 1, $30,000+ in subsequent years, or

2. become an Account Executive with base pay of $10.00/hr. + up to 15% commission on gross sales. Commission also applies to renewal revenue (we enjoy a "churn" rate of less than 1%), so earnings build substantially from year to year. Realistic expected earnings: $30,000-40,000 in year 1, $50,000+ in subsequent years.

General Information
Applied Media Technologies Corporation provides a professional, non-smoking office environment. Legal holidays are paid after a 90-day probation period. Group health insurance is available. All full-time employees are provided (after a six-month probationary period) with a $100 per month allowance toward group plan coverage. After one year of employment, AMTC pays 100% of group plan coverage (capped at $200 per month). Paid vacation: one week after one year of employment, two weeks per year after two years of employment.
