As one of our Jacksonville, Florida-based Account Managers your territory will range into surrounding cities including Daytona and Orlando. Your objective during the first 90 days will be to secure clients from among the numerous developers, regional/national homebuilders, homeowner associations, city/county governments or school boards in your target-rich and development-friendly territory. You will generate a tremendous amount of leads via business journals, newspapers, new home guides and public documents and permits that will identify new developments being planned and provide developer contact information. Your professionalism and proficiency at building trust-based relationships with prospects and explaining the Streetscape Solutions' value proposition will be critical to your success. We are dedicated to our single source business philosophy and will train you extensively in those philosophies as well as our sales and customer service practices.
