We are seeking top quality Telephone Salespeople to sell Internet advertising to real estate professionals.  There are no fees, no hidden costs.  All employees receive full benefits (see below) and are generously paid bi-weekly.

Qualifications:
?Individuals with less than 2 years of proven/successful telephone sales experience will not be considered.

Successfully achieves positive, concrete results through hard work and perseverance. ?

Inspires others with drive and motivation to sell aggressively.?

Consistently identifies new sources of business. ?

Focuses the sales effort around identifying and fulfilling customers' current and future needs. ?

Skilled at using the phone to get sales. Prepares list of leads, delivers benefit statements, handles objections, and records statistics on each call. ?

Ensures that the customer receives a superior product or service. Listens attentively and responds effectively to customer concerns.?

Demonstrates persistence, overcomes obstacles, and strives to improve skills and achieve goals. ?

Remains composed in the face of resistance.?

Manages time effectively and prioritizes completing tasks to meet deadlines. ?

Presents a professional, positive image that reflects well on the organization. ?

High School Diploma or equivalent.
