(2 Openings) Sales Development Associate & Channel Sales Manager

POSITION TITLE: Sales Development Associate

Commission based position: NO - 100% Base salary

Compensation Range: $25,000 - 30,000 plus comprehensive benefits package.

POSITION SUMMARY:  The Sales Development Associate is responsible for supporting In2M?s sales team by efficiently completing outlined tasks.  The successful candidate will work with internal and external customers to manage relationships, execute on sales program deliverables and provide support logistics.  The position will be a starting point to grow into higher-level positions and responsibilities within the sales organization.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing logistics in all sales channel segments and ensuring implementation of action items created by the sales team.  Duties include:

 

? Management of inbound partner inquiries.

? Managing partner order desk.

? Execution of management reports, sales proposals, and other customer communications.

? Management of action items created by sales team with prospects and partners.

? Logistical support for all sales channel segments to ensure customer satisfaction.



The successful candidate must have the ability to learn new concepts and operate in a fast paced; multi tasking environment. The successful candidate must also have effective communication and interpersonal skills in order to develop close working relationships with customer and co-workers. In addition, the candidate must possess excellent written business communication skills in order to correspond with co-workers and customers to successfully schedule and track core responsibilities.



ESSENTIAL COMPUTER SKILLS

Word Processors, spreadsheets, e-mail, and database programs are required. Contact management and presentation program knowledge is a plus.  In addition, a firm understanding of Internet technologies (web browsers, files transfers/downloads etc) and using the Internet as a research tool is required.



EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university is required. Business related fields such as Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or Economics is helpful but not required.



LANGUAGE and WRITING SKILLS:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common tracking reports, Budgets and projection reports, and program documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries from customers or members of the business community. 



REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

 

 

 

POSITION TITLE: Channel Sales Manager

Commission based position: Yes ? 60% base salary and 40% commission

Compensation Range: $50,000 - 55,000 plus comprehensive benefits package

In2M Corporation is seeking talented candidates for a position with growth opportunities selling software as a web service via the internet.  The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn and grow their knowledge and skill set in the burgeoning area of internet sales and e-commerce working with leading companies such as Google, Yahoo, and Microsoft.

POSITION SUMMARY:  The Channel Sales Manager position is focused exclusively on selling software as a web service directly to consumers via the internet.  This position is responsible for all revenue results, assisting with strategy development and tactical execution within the Direct Internet Channel.  Responsibilities include direct sales strategy research and implementation as well as prospect research, prospect profiling, relationship initiation and relationship management in the affiliate arena. The Channel Sales Manager will also work with internal organizations to execute on sales program deliverables that support rapid revenue expansion.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

? Management of Pay-Per Click programs with Google, Yahoo, and Microsoft

? Management of web affiliate programs (recruiting/retention ) with Commission Junction

? Assisting marketing team to improve web site conversion



The successful candidate must have the ability to learn web centric technologies and operate in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.  Candidate must have excellent written business communication skills and interpersonal skills in order to engage providers and customers at all levels of an organization.



ESSENTIAL BUSINESS SKILLS include the following:

 

? Project Management

? Knowledge of the sales process and prospecting in an Internet environment

? Analytical skills to review data and draw conclusions in multi variable environment

? Ability to learn new concepts and apply reasoned solutions to new opportunities



ESSENTIAL COMPUTER SKILLS

Candidates must have 2-3 years experience generating internet sales in some capacity such as managing web affiliate, Pay-Per Click or database marketing programs with providers such as Commission Junction, Linkshare, Google, Yahoo, and Microsoft.

 

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university is required. Business related fields such as Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or Economics is helpful but not required.
