EXPANSION Melloy Nissan is looking to expand its Internet Department by hiring a top-notch Internet Sales Consultant.

 

Our Internet Department is a growing profit center within a highly successful dealership. Melloy Nissan is one of a group of family owned and operated dealerships that has been in the automotive business since 1923.

 

Melloy Brothers Enterprises is known for their sales ethics and positive work environment. Its dealerships sell the hottest vehicles on the market today: Nissan, Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Suzuki, Jaguar and Lotis.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a professional Internet Sales Consultant, you will have access to Melloy Nissan?s entire inventory and will be provided with the tools necessary to experience unlimited earning potential. Using the Internet, email and the telephone; you will respond to prospective customer inquiries about vehicle features, availability, and price.

 

Your objective is to generate trust and enthusiasm so as to close the customer in an amiable hassle-free environment. SKILLS We're looking for energetic professionals who enjoy communicating with people. Bi-lingual Spanish speakers are welcomed.

 

 To succeed you will be articulate, have the ability to accurately handle detailed information, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications include Strong PC and Email skills; plus Sales Experience via Internet, Email, and telephone. Great interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, and High Energy Level.

 

Prior Car Sales experience is NOT required! Prior Internet Sales or Telemarketing experience is useful. We will train you on the Nissan product line and Our Internet Sales Process.

 

CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT The Internet Sales Consultant will establish a positive relationship with the customer ? regardless of personality type. They will listen to the customer, identify their objections, and assist them in focusing on their requirements. They will present key selling points, features, and benefits. As a skilled negotiator, they will demonstrate empathy, know how and when to make concessions, and move the customer to a win-win close.

 

COMPENSATION Your compensation for this full-time position is limited only by your energy and creativity! It includes a generous commission structure and many benefits (e.g. Insurance, 401k, etc.).
