We are currently looking for a TOP performer who has the ability to sell HVAC service agreements to business owners in one of the hottest industries in the United States!  This position is a spring board into a sales manager role.

They are a leading a leading provider of commercial and industrial HVAC Contracting services in the St. Louis area. Our client has been around since the 1970?s and exceeding 15% growth each year and they need your help to reach their goal of 4 million dollars! 

 

Currently, our client is looking for an HVAC Sales professional to handle new business development with at least 2-3 years of sales experience selling intangible products such as service agreements or insurances.  Individuals who have experience selling HVAC products and services are a plus.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Develop new Commercial and Industrial Accounts through Professional Selling Techniques.
Promote & sell service agreements for commercial and industrial building systems.
Determine customer needs and develop sales strategies to meet those objectives.
Establish prospect list and qualify potential buyers.

 

EMPLOYMENT REWARDS INCLUDE:
Expected First Year total Compensation:   $48,000 to $75,000+
Expected Second Year Total Compensation: $75,000 to $100,000+
Expected Third Year Total Compensation: $100,000+
Residual Commission from Repeated Service Agreements
Base plus Commission and Bonus Opportunity
Base Wage $38,000
