ADMINISTRATION - RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE

Schedule:
Part-time 30 hrs per pay period, day shift, various days & weekends

Description:

ADMINISTRATION - RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE facilitates the purchasing process of customers.

Maintains an in-depth knowledge of principles, practices, standards and techniques and demonstrates knowledge in accordance with CHC policies and procedures within pertinent laws and regulations in the following areas:

Sales Generation and Customer Service
1. Utilize the selling skills of on the sales floor.
2. Sell productively; achieve store UPT, SPH and ADT goals.
3. Provide courteous, helpful service within established Company guidelines throughout the store.
4. Determine customer needs and suggest additional merchandise to meet their needs.
5. Communicate product information to customers as appropriate.
6. Maintain and build good customer relations.
7. Be aware and knowledgeable of St. Charles Mission and Customer Service Standard. Uphold these standards with everyone.
8. In charge of sales floor when Manager is not present.
9. Based out of Bend, this position may need to cover in the Redmond Store as well.

Operations
1. Responsible for opening and closing procedures.
2. Receive merchandise in and restock sales floor.
3. Maintain standards in the areas of merchandise presentation and handling, loss prevention, cash wrap procedures, etc.

Requirements:
Education: High School Graduate required.

Registration: None

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of customer service related work

Job Knowledge: Must have good people and team skills. Able to work efficiently and courteously in a fast paced environment.

Computer Literacy: Ability to learn and apply basic computer skills including locating and opening documents, completing forms, opening and sending messages.
