Currently we are seeking an Admissions Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. 

Primary Job Responsibilities:



o  Send letters, Corp packages, follow up on Counselor Requests

o  Assemble Student Advisor Corp Packages and Registration Packages

o  Registration Audits and assigning ID#?s

o  Complete Audit and Approves of CAW (Credit Awards)

o  Maintain Archive Files

o  Weekly administrative inventory and counselor supplies

o  Administrative support for Manager

o  Prints Monthly certificates

o  Setting up new hire offices

o  Check in returned mail

o  Reconcile Management CC Statements

o  Log in and file registration paperwork

o  Call/e-mail students about missing registration paperwork

o  Maintain Registration Processor filing system

o  Pull files from Reg Processor Desk on daily basis

o  Cross Trained on Document Processor of applications

o  Cross Trained to Receptionist and General Office Cross training on all administrative functions

 

Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent and minimum of 3 to 5 years employment experience in business or professional setting. The individual must be a polished communicator that is able to work independently and have a strong work ethic. Knowledge of personal computers is essential.  Must be detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize.
