ADMISSIONS SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Westwood College, a subsidiary of Alta Colleges, and one of the country?s fastest growing educational institutions, is expanding its student recruitment team. Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking qualified professional sales people to join our team at either the Arlington, or Annandale, Virginia campuses.



The Admissions Sales Representative position is an ideal opportunity for the sales professional who needs more significance in his/her SALES career. This position provides an opportunity to help others achieve their goals and change their lives through education opportunities WHILE you are meeting your professional, financial, and personal goals.



The position can be detailed in four areas:



1. Heavy telephone work (70%): The company provides you with inquiries through advertising efforts. You need to call the inquiries to qualify them and set appointments. You will need to follow up on all leads that have not been through the admission's process.



2. Interviewing (20%): Each candidate for admission must be personally interviewed in person and presented the benefits of a Westwood education.



3. Application paperwork and follow up (10%): Once a successful presentation is conducted, the representative must complete application paperwork for the candidate and follow up with the candidate through the entire enrollment completion process up to and including active attendance in school.



4. Representative Generated Leads: The Admissions Representative must supplement his/her lead flow with referrals.



Requirements for the position include:



A Bachelor Degree is preferred, however we will consider candidates with an equivalent combination of education, experience or training.

Industry experience is not required but is preferred.

Preferred two years of SALES experience - Individuals with call center, health club, weight loss, recruitment or financial services will be given additional consideration. Electric telephone personality is a must!

Dynamic people skills is essential.

Professional Image is a must!

The ability to work a flexible schedule, as evening and Saturday work is required as part of the schedule.
