Our Representatives are responsible for marketing our communities to the public, providing tours of apartments, leasing apartments, assisting with applications, and customer service. They are NOT behind a desk spending all day collecting delinquent accounts and reconciling rent payments.

MAINTENANCE ENGINEERS

Tired of working at run-down properties? The Richdale Group is looking for Maintenance Engineers for our new luxury apartment communities. Responsibilities include; maintenance and repair of all HVAC equipment, minor electrical maintenance, plumbing, and small appliance repairs.
