ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF ADMISSIONS

The Kitchen Academy is a contemporary cooking school that provides hands-on, kitchen-only instruction in a fast-track program that values and nurtures individual creativity while providing a solid foundation for a career in the culinary field.

We are currently assembling an Associate Director of Admissions in Sacramento, CA and are seeking the following:

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF ADMISSIONS
Sacramento, CA

Responsibilities:
Oversee team of Admissions Representatives.
Achieve continuing improvement in Representative productivity using conversion rates (actual to budget).
Monitor, verify and maintain accurate and timely data entry integrity.
Assume responsibility and accountability for each of the school's monthly Enrollment goals, student starts with achievement or over-achievement of budgeted starts, Admissions division budgeted start show rate.
Conduct Admissions Department personnel annual performance reviews.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Complete knowledge of admission process including 1st,2nd call and the stitch-in process.
Successful track record of achieving budgeted enrollments and starts.
