ATM Sales Development (6495)

Job Description: Basic Function: Incumbent will be responsible to assist in all aspects of the development and retention of off-premise ATM relationships. Additionally, to resolve ATM client customer service calls, validate and develop client reporting, and participate and periodically take the lead on managing special projects related to the business. Complete business assessment and pricing models for the ATM access products in support of Financial Institutions sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining and administering our ATM leases. Working with Legal to rewrite extensions and/or new contracts. Generating monthly and quarterly transaction reporting for existing clients. Serving as the focal point for on-going customer service and support for existing clients. Reviewing and approving client billing. Screening & responding to new ATM requests and general inquiries. Gathering data for ATM requests. Preparing all required documentation for opening new ATM locations. Coordinating and communicating all facilities related information (installations, temporary closures, relocations & removals). Following up with commercial Relationshipi Managers to gather relevant information required for pricing offers. Gathering existing transaction volume for potential ATM Access Clients. Completing financial pricing models. Validating business and volume assumptions. Reviewing and determining subsidy requirements/payments. Communicating all ATM related changes and or outages to our clients. Maintaining an updated contact list for each property where we maintain an ATM. Developing and preparing regular communication materials for our clients. Making site visits to determine best location for installing ATMs. Incumbent will play a pivotal roll in ensuring M&T retains and positions to exit off-premise contracts in support of departmental goals. Providing back-up to the sales manager, will provide the flexibility for proactive key ATM activities and more direct market impact.
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years customer service and support experience, sales support experience preferred, undergrad degree. Must evidence advanced Excel skills to include development of formulas and Word skills to include file integration procedures. Familiarity with the Retail and Commercial structure of the company preferred. Must have demonstrated verbal and written communication skills appropriate for communication with all levels of internal and external customer contact. Must be task oriented and self motivated. Must be able to travel occasionally as sales opportunities dictate.
