Job description
The Account Development Representative (ADR) is responsible for discovering new business opportunities to support the field sales team. The ADR is required to develop their own qualified prospects through targeted cold calling as well as following up on prospects that come to them through marketing programs (e.g. web hits, seminars, webcasts, etc.). All of the tools to be successful are provided, but you must bring your own drive, enthusiasm and commitment. This position is not a revenue quota carrying position, but rather a lead quota carrying position. The ADR's are bonused each quarter for their performance.
Skills and abilities
? Bachelors Degree Or Equivalent Experience - Marketing, Business or Technical field of study would be ideal.

? B2B Phone Selling Experience
? Organizational Skills
? Software and/or Technical Knowledge
? Integrity
? Creative Prospecting Skills
? Excellent organizational, written and communication skills
