Job Description:
The Account Executive requires motivation, perseverance and discipline. You will be responsible for developing relationships within corporate Information Technology Managers, Directors, and VP?s. This requires both warm calls into existing clients as well as cold calls into new clients. You can expect to be in a pure sales role for the first 3-6 months until you develop your client base. Once you?ve developed your sales skills, you will also begin to learn the recruiting side of the business and understand what it really takes to succeed in all facets of this business. Because of this understanding, our AE?s earn much higher commissions than our competition.

Requirements:
We strongly prefer candidates that have a four year degree (any discipline) and prefer 1+ years of sales experience; we will consider candidates directly out of college. We are not necessarily looking for candidates with recruiting/staffing experience. The most important criteria will be candidates that can demonstrate the discipline to achieve goals on a weekly/daily basis as well as someone that can persevere through difficult work. This is not an easy job, but one that is very rewarding both professionally and financially for those who have what it takes.
Compensation:
AE?s will be offered a very competitive base salary, one of the best commission plans in the industry, medical/dental fully paid for employee, retirement plan matching contributions, as well as several other benefits.
