The Account Executive will manage assigned accounts and develop profitable, long-term strategic customer relationships to maintain and grow revenue, achieve customer retention and satisfaction objectives.



Duties to include:


Establish relationships with key contacts at customers applying a broad knowledge of the organization's services, products and marketing techniques.
Develop an account strategy within each customer to establish trends and opportunities in order to capitalize on retaining and growing the customer base.
Uncover sales opportunities and attain quota to increase sales penetration and profits at assigned accounts.
Conduct regularly scheduled on-site customer visits to monitor and improve the account status and customer satisfaction.
Provide information regarding significant developments in the marketplace, including competitive activity, new applications and product requirements as they affect the targeted marketplace.


QUALIFICATIONS:


Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Experience in Payroll, Human Resources, Benefits, Work/Life, and project management.
Knowledge of Ceridian business policies and practices.
Strong interpersonal communication, consultative, and presentation skills.
High-level knowledge of sales contracts and billing.
