Outside sales position focusing on sales calls and presentations to promote business opportunities with Mortgage Brokers. Produce loan originations by qualifying prospects, developing proposals, and building and maintaining business relationships. Act as liaison between broker and internal District Office production staff to promote effective pipeline management. External Sales Calls - Promote products, generate business, pre-qualify loan scenarios, make business presentations, stay informed about competitors. Pipeline Management - Communicate file status to broker, collect stips when necessary. Administrative - Completion of sales call sheets, expense reports, periodic competitor surveys.

College degree or equivalent work experience. Requires 2 to 3 years of directly related work experience in Sales and Mortgage Industry and Customer Service experience. Strong Real Estate lending background desired. Effective communication skills with all levels of employees, management and customers. Analytical skills required.
