Vistar is currently in search of an Account Executive to manage a geographical sales territory ensuring that customer needs are met and budgeted sales and profit objectives are achieved. Regularly calls on existing and potential customers, develops and executes business plans, and effectively manages time and resources to attain results. Effectively communicates with local brokers / manufacturers to uncover and develop sales opportunities.

Qualified candidates will have a thorough knowledge (2 - 5 years) of distribution with food sales experience. Vending experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to develop high quality sales presentations, and work independently required. Must possess working knowledge of personal computers to prepare presentations, correspondence and access information from the company's computer system. This position requires a valid driver's license, regular out-of-town and some overnight travel. College degree preferred. Must reside in the Raleigh area to service an Eastern North Carolina territory.
