Account Executive - Corporate Accounts

General Job Description:

Ascertain exhibitor requirements, determine charges for services requested and present proposals to potential clientsProspect customers through cold call sales, networking and referralsUp-sell current customersAccept phone calls for call-in business and solicit appropriate future businessProduce and review orders wtih branch personnelFollow up on customer complaints and collections as necessaryDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with all branch personnelMake a consistent effort to reach and develop new businessManage and maintain existing businessSecure advance orders and payment on all servicesQuote prices, payment terms and prepare invoicingProduce, review and distribute all work orders and show information to other departmentsOversee all activities at show siteProvide new sales updates and other related informationAttend training classes as requiredDevelop future sales from show site contactsPerform other sales functions as requested by the Director of Exhibitor Sales



Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree from a four (4) year accredited institute or equivalent sales experience in the convention/tradeshow industryTwo (2) or more years experience in a sales positionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent customer service skills


Work Schedule:

Business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Business hours will extend into nights and weekends. Travel will be required as determined by assignment.
