This position is responsible for Performance Contracting and all lines of business sales to Federal Customers (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, GSA, VA, Bureau of Prisions, NASA and others) in Johnson Control's Southeast Region.  Performance Contracting (PC) is the focus.  The PC concept identifies energy and energy related opportunities to to produce operating cost savings for the client.  These savings provide debt service solutions for operational and infrastructure projects that will be financed. Savings are most often sourced from Water, Controls, Mechanical, Security, Cogeneration, Lighting and renewable opportunities such as Solar and Geothermal. 

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related discipline required. MBA preferred.  A minimum of five to seven years of progressive field sales experience at the C-level.  Excellent initiative, and interpersonal communications skills.  Demonstrated ability to influence the market at key levels.  Ability to travel 50%.
