Job Purpose
To identify and target new accounts, and service both new and existing accounts with integrity. Build and maintain client satisfaction and relationships to develop new leads and prospective accounts. To strengthen both company and individual market position by locating, developing, cultivating, defining, negotiating, and ultimately closing business relationships.
Duties
* Protects organization?s value by keeping information confidential.
* Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
* Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
* Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
* Target new accounts, negotiate our services to them, and to close the deal.
* Being that a majority of your time will be spent out in the field, you must have reliable means of transportation, be it an automobile or public transportation.
* Must be able to meet deadlines, quotas, and work well unsupervised.
* Strong sense of honor, duty, loyalty and solid work ethic.
* Productivity is a MUST!
Skills/Qualifications
Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs, Territory Management, Market Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Energy Level, Meeting Sales Goals, and Professionalism are all must haves in this line of work.
