As a Broker Service Representative you will be teamed up with an outside Sales Account Executive and work alongside a support staff to ensure your success in marketing GreenPoint?s premier loan products to the Broker community. Your success relies heavily on your ability to build relationships with your Brokers and navigate loans through the system. Essential Skills:

As the ideal candidate, you will have:

? Basic mortgage lending experience with an understanding of loan programs, pipeline management and underwriting guidelines.
? Effective interpersonal and communications skills in addition to well-developed customer service skills.
? Proven time management skills to achieve optimum financial rewards and career growth.
? Computer literacy with a college degree (or equivalent work experience).
