Builder Account Executive - Raleigh

More About Your Role
As a Builder Account Executive for Price Pfister, you'll report to an Area Builder Manager. You'll work closely with Field Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Builders, Wholesalers and Plumbers to develop, implement, and manage programs to convert builders and grow New Construction market share for Price Pfister products. You'll develop long term profitable strategies that anticipate and meet the needs of builders, and develop a builder database and training programs for Field Sales.

You will be involved in and responsible for:

Controlling expenses, including builder/plumber rebates, in accordance with approved budget.
Developing and maintaining influential relationships with key decision makers of regional builders, plumbers and wholesalers.
Coordinating, tracking, and controlling new construction quote activity in assigned region.
Developing and maintaining a database for all builders and plumbers in assigned region.
Working with Regional Builder Managers to identify and develop builder prospects in assigned region.
Working with Key Account Executives to convert regional builders and divisions of national builders.
Working with Marketing and Training to develop sales support and training needs specific to builder conversions.
Playing a leadership role in national, regional, and local builder shows.
Developing and implementing Builder Show Room/Design Center programs and strategies.

Our Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Two or more years' sales experience.
Prior experience in the plumbing industry and/or experience calling on builders desirable.
Product knowledge extremely desirable, but not required.
Excellent presentation and negotiating skills.
Must be computer literate and proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point.
Basic finance skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
