Business Banking Officer 1

As a Business Banking Officer 1 with U.S. Bank, you will: Be responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals through Outside Sales, Incidental Activity to Outside Sales, and Other Activities. Contribute to the profitability and growth of Business Banking by building, developing, and managing new and expanded client relationships with small business customers, defined as companies with annual revenues of up to $5 million. Consult with customers and prospects about their financial goals and needs and identify and promote U.S. Bancorp products and services to best meet those needs. Actively cross-sell appropriate banking products to new and existing customers and refers clients to other U.S. Bancorp areas for additional needs. While we expect that you?ll possess a strong basic skill set, including excellent communication and people skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team or independently, we also require: Strong sales, relationship management, business development, and analytical skills. Thorough level of knowledge of credit administration, analysis, and credit policy/procedure. Understanding or and ability to articulate Business Banking strategies and philosophy.
